The chemicals and components created by Gulf Mexico Offshore Oilfield and its affiliates go beyond mere molecules—they are crucial to the production of over 70,000 consumer and industrial products. Our offerings contribute to food packaging, cleaner fuels, biodegradable solvents, and more. Chevron Oronite’s lubricant additives, for instance, are mixed into refined base oils to dissolve deposits, prevent corrosion, control oxidation, and reduce friction.
